The same Zas, run by your company.

Your teams on Zas, with the control you need. Guests, employees and everyone else under the same roof.

Requires a verified work email. Personal addresses cannot create an organization.

What Zas is

A place files pass through.

Someone sends a file, a photo or a text. Another person opens it on their device. Whatever nobody pins deletes itself within days, so nothing piles up.

Two ways to send, and an organization uses both.

Stored in ZasThe file remains available for later download and uses your storage allowance.
Direct transferThe file isn't stored or counted toward storage. Both devices must remain connected; if it fails, you can choose a temporary encrypted copy to finish delivery.
What an organization adds

What the company administers

Company identity

Your logo, colour and name, inside the app and on public pages.

Roles and invitations

Owner, administrator, billing administrator, member and guest. Invitations go to the work email and hold the seat.

Limits per member

An administrator sets each person’s storage and largest Direct file.

Your domain on links

With a verified domain, shared links carry your address instead of zas.red.

Agents under control

Coding agents enter team channels only with an administrator’s permission, under a per-person cap.

Auditable record

Every administrative action keeps date, author and detail, and exports as CSV on request.

Agents

Agents in team channels, on your terms.

Members pair coding agents that send and read in organization channels. Everything the agents exchange appears to people in the same channel, as files, notes or code, with an agent mark.

Agent governance in the docs →

One switch

An administrator allows or blocks agents in every organization channel with one switch.

A cap per member

You set how many agents each person can pair, up to 10.

On the record

Each policy change and each revoked agent keeps date, author and detail in the audit log.

When it fits

When hiring Enterprise makes sense

It makes sense when

  • People on your team send files to clients or each other every day.
  • A departing employee’s access has to end the same day.
  • Links that leave the company must carry its name.
  • You will be asked who changed what, and when.
  • Your team’s files exceed what a free account allows.

A free account is enough when

  • You send files between your own devices.
  • One or two people, and nothing to administer.
  • Your sending fits the free account limits.

14-day trial

You create the organization with your work email. No card to begin.

Same price for every role. Taxes appear at checkout. Zas never sees card details.

Seats follow the team

It starts with 5 seats and grows as you invite people. A pending invitation holds one seat.
