Effective August 21, 2026
These terms cover using Zas. Using it means accepting them. They are written to be read, not to be survived. Questions: support@zas.red
Zas moves text and files between your devices and the people you choose. It encrypts content on your device before sending it. It is a corridor, not a warehouse: what you send has an expiry, and only a pinned item stays until you release it. Zas is provided as a service, not sold to you, and these terms transfer no ownership of it.
On the website, you can use Zas with a Google or Apple account, or with an anonymous session that asks for no personal details. The iPhone, iPad, and Android apps require an account. In every case, protect the way you sign in and the link to an anonymous session. Whoever holds that link holds that session. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Zas is not directed at children under 13.
Content is encrypted before it leaves your device. The service stores it as encrypted bytes. We do not routinely review what you send. This does not make the list above optional. When we act, we use reports and the metadata needed to run the service, such as an account, a session, or a channel.
You keep every right you hold in what you send. You give Zas only what running it requires: to store the encrypted bytes, move them between the devices and people you chose, and delete them when they expire. Nothing broader. The Privacy Policy explains the technical limits of the encryption.
The encryption is the point, and it carries a cost worth saying plainly. A public link carries its key in the link itself. An anonymous session lives behind the link that holds its code. If you lose that link, Zas provides no reset or normal support process that replaces it. We do not plan to add that feature.
Zas is free today, within the limits the app shows you: how much you can store, how many channels you can keep, and how long things last. The app mentions a Pro plan with higher limits. It cannot be bought yet, and nothing here charges you anything. If paid plans open, their prices and billing terms will be published before they apply to anyone.
The Apple Standard EULA governs the license to the iPhone and iPad app. These Terms govern your account, the Zas service, and your content. Google Play terms govern distribution of the Android app. Apple and Google do not operate or support Zas. Their own terms and privacy policies govern data they process when you use their stores. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.

Zas is offered as it is. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we do not promise any particular speed or capacity. Limits and expiry periods can change as the service changes. Treat Zas as a way to move things, not as the only place they exist: keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose.
You can leave whenever you want. Delete an item, a channel, or everything at once from Settings → “Delete my account”. An anonymous session also expires on its own. We can suspend or close an account that breaks the section above, or one the law obliges us to act on. Where warning you first is reasonable, we will.
Zas is offered without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We are not answerable for content you or anyone else sends, for what is lost because a link or a key was lost, or for indirect damages. Nothing here removes rights you hold as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute goes to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the court that is available to you as a consumer where you live.
If these terms change, this page and its effective date are updated. If the law requires consent to a material change, we will ask before it applies. In other cases, continuing to use Zas means accepting the new version.
